Doug Hunter is a versatile marketing leader with 25 years of experience in B2B tech. He brings expertise in developing growth strategies, shaping brands, driving demand generation, sharpening communications, and building effective teams. Doug has led strategic initiatives and omnichannel campaigns across the globe.

Prior to joining Assessed Intelligence, Doug served as Principal Consultant at PeakPoint Solutions and VP Marketing at Arjuna Solutions, an AI services company focused on optimizing nonprofit fundraising. Before that he led Corporate Marketing at Lattice Semiconductor, where he managed GTM for SensAI, Lattice’s inferencing product. Doug also led Lattice’s Strategic Planning and Business Operations teams and was the CEO’s Chief of Staff. Previously, Doug was a consultant with The Boston Consulting Group.

Doug has earned an MBA in Marketing and Finance from The University of Chicago along with a BS in Electrical Engineering from The University of California, Irvine.
