Framework & Statutory Purpose
This Online Sub-processor Registry provides the itemized list of third-party sub-processors authorized by Assessed Intelligence, LLC (“Processor”, “Consultant”, or “we”) to process Personal Data on behalf of our enterprise clients (“Controller” or “you”) in performance of our consulting, cybersecurity, and AI governance services.
This Registry is incorporated by reference into Exhibit A (Data Processing Addendum) of our Master Professional Services Agreement (MPSA) pursuant to Section 4.1 of the DPA.
1. Authorized Sub-processors
Assessed Intelligence engages the following sub-processors in the delivery of its services. Google, LLC serves as the primary sub-processor, delivering the cloud infrastructure and tenant workspace for our services.

Scope of Infrastructure & Upstream Vendors
Operational Control
Assessed Intelligence hosts and accesses all Client Personal Data within the US.
Upstream Sub-processors
Google, LLC engages its own corporate affiliates and third-party infrastructure vendors for data center operations, network resilience, and support services as set forth in Google’s published sub-processor directories linked above. Twilio Inc. and Anthropic, PBC maintain equivalent published sub-processor directories, also linked above. Assessed Intelligence does not directly appoint, configure, or control its sub-processors’ underlying operational vendors.
2. Sub-processor Modifications & Client Notification
Pursuant to Section 4.2 of Exhibit A (Data Processing Addendum), Assessed Intelligence provides Controller with advance written notice prior to engaging any additional or replacement sub-processor.
To receive automated electronic notifications regarding intended additions or modifications to this Registry, Controller must register an authorized contact through our subscription service below.
Subscription Instructions
To register for automated sub-processor update notifications, send an email to privacy@assessedintelligence.com containing:
- Full legal name of client/controller entity
- Active MPSA/SOW contract reference ID
- Designated email address for privacy and security notices
Controller is solely responsible for maintaining an active, monitored email subscription with Assessed Intelligence within the advance notice period established in Section 4.2 of the DPA.
3. Objection Protocol
Controller may object to any proposed additional or replacement sub-processor on objective, reasonable data protection or security grounds by submitting a written notice to Assessed Intelligence within the advance notice period established in Section 4.2 of the DPA.
Objection Submission Process
Submit formal objections to privacy@assessedintelligence.com with the following information:
- Subject line: Formal Sub-processor Objection — [Client Legal Entity Name]
- Proposed Sub-processor Name
- Specific, objective security, privacy, or legal compliance grounds for the objection
As provided in Section 4.2 of the DPA, if the Parties cannot resolve an objection through good-faith technical negotiations within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt, either Party may terminate the affected Statement of Work (SOW) upon written notice, subject to payment for all Services rendered and non-cancellable expenses incurred through the effective termination date.
