Courtney Hudson is a regulatory risk and compliance professional with over a decade of experience across federal regulatory agencies and financial institutions. She most recently served as Senior Vice President / Regulatory Risk Officer at Lewis & Clark Bank, where she built a modern enterprise risk framework, advised the board on emerging technology oversight, and led compliance programs spanning fintech, information security, and SOC standards.

Previously, Courtney spent nearly a decade with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), holding roles including Senior Examiner for Large Financial Institutions, Acting Senior Examination Specialist for Emerging Technology, and Examination Specialist in Research and Analysis. In these roles, she led examinations of institutions ranging from community banks to multi-billion-dollar lenders, authored supervisory findings that shaped enforcement actions, and guided interagency efforts to standardize fintech and model risk oversight. Her work included direct involvement with BaaS, crypto lenders, and AI-related compliance reviews.

Courtney’s expertise spans AI program development for financial institutions, fintech and third-party risk management, information security, enterprise risk governance, and regulatory strategy translation into system controls. She has also served as Information Security Officer, overseeing NIST-aligned assessments, ISO 20022 adoption, and business continuity planning.

She holds the Certified Enterprise Risk Professional (CERP) designation, is a Commissioned Bank Examiner, and earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Economics, summa cum laude, from the University of San Diego.
